Fodor’s, the international travel guide has selected 52 places to visit throughout the world in 2020. Palm Springs was awarded one of the coveted spots.
In including the southwest desert city on its latest list of must visit places, Fodor’s says Palm Springs “is a “contradiction in all the best ways”, a mixture of midcentury modern architecture, cool vibe while at the same time offering excellent restaurants and nourishment of another kind, for “The Self”, allowing visitors to experience quiet reflection while viewing the beauty of endless Desert landscape or taking a nature hike along one of many trails in the Palm Springs and Coachella Valley.
Danny Munoz, owner of Casa Runner, has watched Palm Springs “come back to life, more cool than ever” and says that virtually everyone he meets from out of town loves the place and can’t believe all of the available entertainment options. “They’re so surprised coming here and finding everything from bachelorette parties to great restaurants — and then there’s our 360 days of sunshine!” Munoz is the owner of Casa Runner, the Coachella Valley’s premier property watch/home management company founded in 2012.
