- Pay your vendors,contractors, utilities and other home services from a house account or credit card
- Coordinate home services including housekeepers, gardeners, pool/spa, pest control and operating systems within the residence
- Arrange for airport pickup by a local service such as UBER or LYFT
- Shop for your requested groceries, flowers, plants and supplies and set up in your home for your arrival
- Arrange for Spring and Fall home deep clean including carpet/upholstery/drapery, windows, closet freshening, dry cleaning
- Visually inspect interior/exterior lights, heat/air conditioning, pool/spa heater when you are away to verify they are operating
- Meet your guests or family members you have authorized to reside in your home and familiarize them with your home’s systems (additional fee applies)
- Work with your security/gate guard team to manage your home and property access list, including special lists for parties and maintenance

- Schedule housekeeper and laundry/dry cleaning pickups
- Arrange for private transportation to your appointments, dinner or parties
- Obtain reservations for you to dine at your favorite restaurant
- Complete your grocery shopping and arrange for delivery
- Obtain tickets to requested movies, sporting and cultural events
- Oversee gardener, pool and spa services
- Arrange for pet appointments
- Respond to your email or telephone requests promptly
- Provide referrals for arranging your cocktail parties and home-based celebrations
